1. Description of Service

Gen AI Interview Bytes is a mobile quiz and learning application designed to help users prepare for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science interviews. The App provides multiple-choice questions, facts, and trivia across 45+ technical topics including Prompt Engineering, Transformers, RAG, LangChain, Fine-Tuning, MLOps, and more.

2. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free Tier: Access to the first 20 questions per topic at no cost. No account or sign-up required.
• Pro Tier: A one-time in-app purchase of $6.99 USD unlocks lifetime access to 10,000+ advanced questions across all topics.

3. In-App Purchase Terms

• The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-recurring purchase of $6.99 USD.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• This is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
• Your purchase restores automatically on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

4. Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We do not process refunds independently of Apple's systems.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content in the App, including questions, explanations, facts, trivia, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Aranya Cloud Technologies LLC.
• Content is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or harvest the App's question database.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or commercially exploit the App's content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. The App is an educational study aid and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aranya Cloud Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
