This Privacy Policy describes how Aranya Cloud Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Gen AI Interview Bytes mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not require account creation or sign-up.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect device identifiers or fingerprints for tracking.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude).
• We do not display advertisements or use advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using AsyncStorage:

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server. Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored data.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time Pro upgrade for $6.99 USD, processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.). All payment processing is handled by Apple under their own privacy policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect usage data subject to their own privacy policy. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

No Other Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any other third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data collection services.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, we are compliant with COPPA requirements.

7. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA):

• We do not collect or process personal data as defined by GDPR.
• No data is transferred outside of your device.
• Since we hold no personal data, there is no data to access, correct, delete, or port.
• No consent is required as no data collection occurs.

8. CCPA Compliance (California Users)

For users in California:

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA.
• We do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

9. Data Security

Since we do not collect or transmit any user data, there is no risk of data breach from our side. All App content (questions, explanations) is bundled within the App itself and does not require network access to function.

10. Data Retention

Local device data (premium status, preferences) persists until you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage. We retain no data on any server.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
